By submitting payment for the event and clicking the checkbox, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. You agree to be courteous to the event sponsors, hosts, and fellow event attendees and to act in a civil and professional manner at all times during the event.

2. There may be wine or other alcoholic beverage served at the event, and you agree to consume such responsibly in a manner so as to not become disruptive during the event.

3. In the event that you cancel your attendance at this event less than 72 hours prior to the commencement thereof, you agree to forfeit your payment for this event.

4. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GuildSomm for any damages incurred by GuildSomm as a result of your violation of these terms.

5. In the event that you violate these terms, you agree that GuildSomm, at its sole discretion, may prohibit you from attending any further events hosted, sponsored, or facilitated by GuildSomm.
