If you are losing access or the screen is going blank, it may be a connection issue. Run a system check with Onstream. You can also enter your email address to be contacted by Onstream if the problem continues.

If you have a firewall in place, add an exception for https://join.onstreammedia.com. If you’re on a work computer or other large network, ask your IT representative to grant access to Ports 80, 443, and 1935, for both RTMP traffic and standard web traffic.
